Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Hoshizora Travel Cappadocia, we understand that travel plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation:
    • More than 14 days before the scheduled service: Full refund minus any non-refundable fees.
    • Between 7 to 14 days before the service: 50% refund.
    • Less than 7 days before the service: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Us
In rare cases where we must cancel a booking (due to force majeure, safety concerns, or other valid reasons), you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Non-Refundable Fees
Some fees such as deposit, booking fees, or third-party charges may be non-refundable. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

5. Changes to Bookings
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
