How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance for balloon flights, especially in peak season (April–June, September–October). Daily tours can often be booked same-day.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Balloon flights operate subject to weather conditions. If your flight is cancelled by the pilot for safety reasons, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.

Do you offer hotel pickup?

Yes! We offer hotel pickup and drop-off for most of our tours from Göreme, Ürgüp, Uçhisar, Avanos and surrounding areas. Please mention your hotel when booking.

Can I pay on the day?

We accept cash (EUR, USD, TRY) and card payments on the day. Online booking with card is also available and guarantees your spot, especially during busy periods.
