When do the balloon flights take place?
All flights depart at sunrise, typically between 05:30 – 06:30 AM depending on the season. Exact times will be confirmed upon booking.
What if the weather is bad?
Flights operate subject to weather conditions. If your flight is cancelled due to weather, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule at no extra charge.
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable layered clothing and closed-toe shoes. Mornings can be cool even in summer — a light jacket is recommended.
Is there a weight limit?
For safety reasons, passengers must weigh under 120 kg (265 lbs). Please contact us if you have concerns.
Are children allowed?
Children aged 7 and above are welcome on standard and premium flights. Minimum age for private flights is 4.
